Vegetarian Haggis

I bought 2 veggie haggis after a visit to the Spittal of Glenshee last November. I froze one and had forgotten all about it until i found it yesterday! Defrosted and heated for the 8 minutes in the microwave we devoured it with gusto. My non=veggie partner was overawed by it and i felt compelled to write and say thank you for a wonderful speciality. I served it with mashed sweet and maris potatoes with coriander and roast peppers. The spices in the haggis complimented the softness of the veg and with a nice bottle of red wine it went down very well!! Thankfully i can now order it online. How wonderful!
