Please give us at least two working days to process your order. When placing your order please specify your exact delivery date at the checkout stage.

We can despatch on:

  • Monday for Wednesday delivery.
  • Tuesday for Thursday delivery.
  • Wednesday for Friday delivery.
  • Thursday for Wednesday delivery.
  • Friday for Wednesday delivery.
  • Saturday for Wednesday delivery.
  • Sunday for Wednesday delivery.

To ensure your order reaches you in the best possible condition, we use a next day delivery service with a national courier company.

Your chilled box will be delivered any time between 8am and 5pm on the day you have specified. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee you an exact delivery time. If you think you may be out, you must provide alternative instructions for the courier company. If more convenient, you can have your order delivered to an alternative address, such as a neighbour, workplace or friend, or left in a safe place such as your garage or porch.

Delivery Charges apply as follows:

  • FREE on orders of £110 or over
  • £5.10 on orders of £80 to £109.99
  • £7.95 on orders up to £79.99

Delivery charges apply to one nominated address in the UK mainland only.

Returns

Please check your order on arrival and report any damage on delivery.

All merchandise that arrives in a damaged condition will be replaced upon return of the damaged goods.

We recommend APC overnight, our courier company, for returns. There would not be additional cost.

Our policy is to replace any item that arrives in a damaged condition. We do not give refunds for damaged goods. Should an item you ordered be out of stock, you will be notified by email. We can offer a substitute item or recalculate your order.
