We only used grass fed certified Scotch Beef. The cattle are sourced from local farms or through a specialist wholesaler using cattle, including certified Aberdeen Angus, from the north of Scotland. The beef is matured for up to 21 days to allow the flavour and texture to develop before being specially cut for your order. All our beef comes to you, vacuum packed for freshness and ready for your deep freeze.
