Our Medal winning sausages are made to our family recipes using pork shoulder and pork belly from our outdoor reared pigs. Filled into natural casings they are free from artificial flavour and colouring. We also have a range of flavoured sausages which won us Best Retail Meat Product of the year at the Scottish Food and Drink Excellence Awards 2007.
