All our sausages are made to time-tested family recipes from quality cuts of outdoor bred pork with a good clean taste.

We only use natural ingredients and natural skins, which means no butchers mixes or other unnecessary additives. The perfect sausage for parties, barbecues or everyday eating. Your kids will love them.

Our Medal winning sausages are made to our family recipes using pork shoulder and pork belly from our outdoor reared pigs. Filled into natural casings they are free from artificial flavour and colouring. We also have a range of flavoured sausages which won us Best Retail Meat Product of the year at the Scottish Food and Drink Excellence Awards 2007.
