Ramsay only uses grass-fed, certified Scotch Beef to produce our exceptional range of beef products. The cattle are sourced from local farms or through a specialist wholesaler, including certified Aberdeen Angus, from the north of Scotland.
The beef is matured for up a minimum of 21 days to allow the flavour and texture to develop before being specially cut for your order. All our beef comes to you, vacuum packed for freshness and ready for your deep freeze.
