Strips of Ramsay Pork with Rowan & Roots

  • 2 x Ramsay boneless pork steaks
  • A drizzle of Summer Harvest Rapeseed oil
  • 1 Leek, prepared and sliced
  • Pinch of Isle of Skye Sea Salt & Black Pepper
  • A selection of seasonal vegetables
  • 1 generous spoonful of rum soaked rowan berries
  • Snipped chives to finish


1. Cut pork into strips
2. Heat oil in wok and brown sauté pork with leeks
3. Add and cook seasonal vegetables
4. Season
5. Add berries and toss in pan

Serve, topped with chives, with crusty bread or mash
