A delicious meat pudding originating in the east of Scotland made with oatmeal, onion, bacon and our own blended seasoning. A little like a hot oatcake.
Grill or fry it for your breakfast or try it with mince and potatoes for lunch or dinner. Ideal as a stuffing for poultry.
